Upcoming Project + Next Meeting

Thanks to everyone who came out to the first meeting last Thursday.
As mentioned, we’re gonna be teaming up soon to compile info about all the vegetarian/vegan options in the restaurants and dining halls on campus. Our goal is to make it easy for everyone to eat meat- and/or dairy-free at UF.

Baking With Egg & Milk Substitutes

If a baking recipe calls for eggs, you can easily make it vegan by using any of the following egg replacements:

Ener-G egg replacer
You can find this egg replacer at most health food stores, like Mother Earth in Gainesville.
2 Tbsp. water + 1 Tbsp. oil + 2 tsp. baking powder = 1 egg
